All UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within fourteen days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these regulations should return the goods (in their original packing and in their original condition, unopened) to our business address.

Touch Me Cosmetics Limited will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our address. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or tracked method of delivery. Once we receive the goods, unopened and in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit / debit card. We will send you an acknowledgement of this by email.

Summer Deliveries

In the Summer months, our products can soften or even melt during the time between the travel process from our warehouse to your front door (think warm delivery truck, porch and/or mailbox). Since we use real, all-natural ingredients, melting is simply the natural reaction to heat so you can rest assured that the quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.

By purchasing our products you accept responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may interfere with drugs or medical conditions.

By purchasing our products you recognize and accept the fact that that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that Touch Me Cosmetics Limited will not be held responsible for such occurrences. We encourage those with sensitive skin to select our custom / unscented products or purchase tester pots where applicable and performing a patch test on the skin for possible reactions.
